The CTI interface software identifies the client within clientbase from the caller line id information supplied by you telephone provider*. In addition to logging calls you can set up default actions - such us loading tempus time recording, bringing up tax return etc... all before the call is actually answered.

A single line call management and customer relationship management system which enables you to see who is calling before you accept the call and record what was said.
