Is my personal data secure ?

After you have downloaded the software you can disconnect from the internet and complete your tax return at your leisure. Your personal data never leaves your computer until you transmit it directly to the Revenue. No one else has access to it. When you press the send button the data is sent directly from your machine to the HMRC. This transmission is encrypted using 128-bit SSL which would take an average PC tens of thousands of years to decrypt.
